Into Nothingness

Into nothingness, a poem by Yuus - Written Tales

Into nothingness all belongs
The shadow of an unfinished arc
The maw of the void
Never clamps shut

Time flows like the damned
Flowing through the gates of Helheim

Trees live in obedient silence
A constant observer
Of what is unfathomable
To the eyes and ears of mortals

The wind a tiresome guest
Desecrating the stillness of the wooden creatures

And I
A fellow intruder
Embrace the roots
That are digging into my fertile skin
Nourished by sinful knowledge

And into the ground I grow
Gazing at the oblivious wind
As it blows through
The tireless maw of the void

A poem by our guest poet Yuus
