I Still Feel You

I can feel missing you
In my throat when I try to breathe.
And in my eyes
When I watch you leave.

Because I sit here and just
Replay it in my brain,
Watching you go
Again and again.

I can feel missing you
In my hands.
The lack of your fingers
Is something mine don’t understand.

I can feel it in my smile
Because it doesn’t really show on me,
I guess nothing’s gonna be here
If you’ve decided you don’t want to be.

I feel missing you on my tongue.
And my lips.
And my stomach.
And my hips.

And I feel it in my heart
‘Cause it’s become so damn heavy,
But the hurt should go away
And then I’ll just love your memory.
